Seth is a lifetime resident of Thibodaux, Louisiana where he graduated from E.D. White Catholic High School and spent some time studying at Nicholls State University. He had a fascination for real estate at an early age and eagerly earned his license at 18 years old. He has been a full time agent ever since.
