Seth has a passion for all things real estate. While born and raised on a Kansas farm, it was on a Colorado vacation at the age of twelve, while picking up real estate magazines, that he fell in love with real estate.
Seth’s personal and professional experience, combined, has fostered his acumen for real estate. Professionally, in the corporate world, he has had in-depth experience with navigating the negotiations of corporate contracts and developing products for the building construction and financial services industry. Personally, Seth and his wife, Joyce, have owned and managed rental properties, including flipping 90+ year old properties, and embarked on the adventure of new construction.
Through all of this, Seth has honed his sharp eye for detail. He has a keen sense of his clients’ personal and financial priorities, including their goals for ROI, ensuring they find the home they have been looking for, as well as creating the best possible scenario for them to efficiently sell their existing home.
Seth attributes his wife’s counseling practice as the inspiration for the conversations he loves to have with clients. His active listening skills help reveal his clients’ preferences, priorities, and goals, not only for their next property, but also in helping them make the best decisions regarding their current property.
Seth wholeheartedly believes that the unique benefit he provides to his clients is his ability to reveal a client’s core desires, making their buying and selling dreams a reality.
