Seth Mcmanus

In 2017, Seth decided to follow his longtime passion and childhood dream to become a realtor. From the first time he visited Arizona in 2007, he knew it was somewhere special and a place he wanted to call home. Upon graduating college, he relocated to Arizona in 2011 to attend ASU and eventually accepted a job there. After 5 years at the university, Seth had a desire to take a risk and do something completely different. Upon the encouragement of friends and family and a vision, Seth took a jump into real estate and here we are today!

What makes Seth stand out from the rest is his consultative approach to real estate and his dedication to building clients for life. Seth understands moving is an emotional decision that is a result of changes, either good and bad, in people's lives and that each client is so much more than a transaction. His goal is to make each client a client for life.
