Seth Schemahorn

Seth Schemahorn was born in Kansas, raised in Missouri, grew up in Texas, and now he's living and experiencing everything Richmond, VA has to offer. With Midwest roots and Southern values, he understands the importance of having a place to call home. Couple that with over a decade of business and customer service experience and you have everything you need to ensure that your experience is a great one. He looks to adapt to the needs of his clients to ensure that your goals become his goals. In doing this, he can have a better understanding of your expectations and work to make your experience as painless and stress-free as possible. Buying and selling a home is an important decision and he will strive to ensure it's a memorable one while we are also having some fun! He looks to create relationships with his clients - you are much more to him than just a transaction. When he works with you his hope is that you have found a realtor and a friend for life.

When he's not working with clients, you will usually find him experiencing the outdoors by mountain biking some of Richmond's local trails, hanging out on the James River, or camping and hiking in the Shenandoah Valley with his dog. He looks forward to working with you!
