Seth Turner

Seth Turner, Senior Vice President and Realtor at Compass, has more than 15 years of experience in the competitive Washington, DC real estate market with almost $400 million in lifetime sales. Leading the Seth Turner Group, he has established a reputation as a respected and knowledgeable real estate agent focused on relationship-building to help clients find their ideal home. Seth has been named one of Washingtonian magazine’s “Top Agents” based on sales volume for the past ten years and one of the region’s “100 Best Agents” four times during his tenure at Compass.

Seth holds a BS in Finance from Berry College. He has leveraged his education, experience in the finance industry and deep knowledge of the DC market to become a tough negotiator, always getting his clients the best deal. Seth is further involved in DC’s real estate community by serving as a multi-term representative on the Compass Agent Advisory Council. He previously served on the District of Columbia Association of Realtors Communication Committee and taught real estate licensing classes. He is also a real estate investor and landlord for multiple properties he owns in the city.

Though he now calls Bloomingdale home, he loves spending time in the Virginia countryside in Rappahannock County or exploring his interests of architecture and automobiles both around the U.S. and abroad. Seth is a member of Berry College’s Board of Visitors and is on the board of trustees for the Georgia 4-H Foundation.
