We LOVED working with Shadi. We were not local and so could not see many of the places in person, but Shadi made the process so seamless, visiting places on his own, FaceTiming us, giving us his thoughts and opinions - but Never being pushy or “sales-y”. When we decided to take a break from looking, there was never any pressure, and when we decided to get back in, he jumped in right away, ready to go! We ended up going the land route, and not only was so helpful in the purchasing process, he also connected us to the appropriate folks for building, etc. He’s kind, patient, knowledgeable, and well connected. Highly recommend!

Shadi and his team is the strongest real estate team in the Bay. My family was lucky enough to work with shadi as buyers looking for a new home in Oakland. Shadi was professional at every turn. He "got us" immediately and understood exactly what we were looking for. When we were experiencing the pressure of the unusual and intense market and showed interest in homes outside of what we were actually looking for. He knows the different areas of town well and could advise about different streets.

When we got to the offer stage, shadi was calm under pressure and an expert negotiator. He handled the stressful phases for us and had the situation under control at every turn. I cannot recommend shadi and the Massari Group enough.

Shadi was exceptional!!! From the start, he was very responsive and flexible with us (and I mean above and beyond flexibility). I can be demanding when it comes to details and he always showed patience and knowledge when asked. Perhaps the thing I appreciated most though, was his calming nature. As everyone knows, the home buying process will be stressful. There will come a time when you don't feel confident you will ever find the right place or maybe that you have un-realistics expectations and start to budge on your demands. Shadi gave us confidence that we had a realistic plan and expectations and that if we stuck to it, we would end up with the home we wanted. That's just what happened!

He will be who I recommend to everyone I know!

We worked with Shadi to buy our beautiful home in Montclair. He helped us understand the market, all the meanwhile listening to us and spending time with us to familiarize himself with our needs and our budget. He helped us close a deal that is under listing price, which is unheard of in the competitive oakland hills/piedmont market.

Shadi not only excels in finding your dream home and getting you a good deal, but he also has amazing connections to help you all the way after closing to getting into your house. Shadi was crucial in our renovation after the fact, and without him we would have easily paid double or more of the cost to finish what we wanted renovate.

Shadi is one of the most reliable and enthusiastic realtors I have ever met. Do yourself a favor and chose him if you want your realtor to act like they are buying or selling as if they are you.

An average person buys and/or sells 1-3 properties in their lifetime, therefore it is not realistic for someone looking to get into the real estate market to know all the ins and outs. The most crucial thing a buyer or a seller does is choosing their realtor since they will be the one that will close this gap. A good realtor will earn their cut and make more for you along the way and Shadi is definitely coming at the top of those realtors in bay area.

Shadi is amazing at what he does. He helped me buy my first home, in an extremely competitive market in which I was almost priced out (in Oakland), and I'm very happy with the home.
