Shahla, better known as Golie, is an Associate Broker for Daniel Gale Sotheby’s International Realty in Long Island. Her experience in real estate spans an impressive 30 years which includes an in-depth knowledge of the nuances of the buying and selling process, whether it’s for first-time home buyers, investors, or individuals relocating from out of state. She specializes in the various cities and townships within the Nassau and Suffolk Counties and brings an eye for the design and the architectural distinctions of homes throughout Long Island. Golie obtained a master’s degree in Architecture and Interior Design at the New York Institute of Technology. Her education broadened her understanding of how architecture and design influence lifestyle and the character of the home. Having previously worked at a design firm for many years, Golie is able to provide her sellers valuable advice on staging a home to sell.
