Shaina is great! He helped sell our house and found us a new one. It took a bit to find the perfect home for us and our kids and we love it. She went door to door letting everyone know our last home was for sale. I feel she really cares and took the time to really get to know us. We have had a few bad realtors in the past and I can honestly say as long as she is a realtor we are going with her. Thanks for everything Shaina!

I would highly recommend using Shaina Goedtke as a relator! She was extremely responsive in getting back to us with any questions or concerns we had throughout the process. If she didn’t know the answer to our question, she would find us the answer! She sold our current home and found us our new home! She helped us come up with a competitive offer and had great negotiation skills which allowed us to sell our home and get the home of our dreams! She went above and beyond the whole time we worked with her. She was knowledgeable, respectful, personable, and amazing to work with.

My husband and I knew we were needing a bigger house in the near future. While we weren’t in a rush, it was nice for Shaina Goedtke to set us up on a custom portal. When we found the perfect house, it was go time. Selling is never fun or easy but Shaina made it seamless, selling our old house while helping us prepare to move for our new house.

Shaina’s extra touches make her an exceptional realtor. Not only did she help us buy & sell but her eye for design came in handy when we needed help decorating our new home.

I recently moved half way across the country and inquired about realtors on a Facebook group. Shaina Goedtke was the first person to comment and I went with the good ol “first come first serve” method. She recommended 2 lenders and I chose the first one that called me back.

Let me just say these women were the dream team!!!

Shaina immediately set me up with a realty app and was watching all my favorite homes/neighborhoods while we waited for our preapproval to come back.
Within 2 hours of finding out what my family’s budget was we were viewing houses. Now let me just say there was one house in particular I really liked in a neighborhood I loved but I had considered it a pipe dream. SHAINA knew better. She spoke with the listing agent set up a time to view (the same day!) and encouraged me to check out my Sioux Falls dream home.
About and hour later we were in the house making big decisions and decided to roll the dice in this crazy market with the house that felt like a HOME.
Later that evening (7 hours after I found out exactly how much house I was approved for) Shaina called to tell me our offer was accepted on my pipe dream home!
Let me say this again- SEVEN HOURS after finding out that My family could purchase a house and how much we could purchase one for we were in escrow.
TWENTY ONE days later my husband signed final paperwork and received the keys to our new home.

I don’t know how else to say “YOU NEED SHAINA ON YOUR TEAM” than to tell this story. She is kind, smart, ON THE BALL, and EAGER to get her clients into the home they deserve. She knows all the right people and all the right moves to make.

I can’t thank her enough. Moving across the country with two small kids and one on the way can be pretty stressful. Not once did I feel stress in regards to finding and purchasing a home thanks to Shaina and her team.

If I ever buy another home there’s no question I’ll be calling Shaina Goedtke.
If you’re thinking about buying a home I highly suggest calling her yourself! You won’t regret it!
