Dear Dad, 3 years ago I promised to bring the remaining family closer from Florida to their support system in Boston. We'll Dad it wasn't easy, at times I prayed like Jesus, in my knees questioning my promise to you. As soon as you left us March 22nd, 2020 the covid shutdown was happening. The house started to offer us challenges. From the roof to many other things. The more I fix the more Mother called to tell me of a new and different challenge. Than came the scammers, all though they are everywhere, in Florida they are hunters. Taking advantage of elderly people living alone or like in our moms case: elderly, widow, and still a full time mom dealing with two brothers with autism. Every corner I turned I hit a wall. Well last month I pulled the plug. House went on the market, and I had to deal with a long distance trust. I was sooo skeptical. I prayed to God to please help me keep my Dad's promised. I entered the website and was tired of reading so many reviews from many realtors none jumped at me. I came across Shakyra. Without talking to her, I stared at her picture and could not get her off my mind, this was not just a picture, I saw something special. I checked others, but had to come back to her. This realtor could've been my twin. She went the extra mile on everything she did. She gave us hope, strength, and honesty. She knew what to say and what to do on every situation. I FOUND an Erin Brochovich. Trust was a problem for me due to past scammers, but every day I trusted her more and more. My dear God had given us an angel. Sure enough she sold the house. Her support continued after we sold the house. Shakyra helped me close the Florida chapter, Shakyra helped me keep my promise to Dad! From Boston receive our love, God Bless you Shakyra, Thank you!

When I was lost and no where to turn too on my last search got tired of looking for a realtor and out of people and places to come upon as for looking for a home. I came across Shakyra Cortes website. So I reached out to her which she responded very quickly. I explained everything I wanted and was looking for to purchase my future home as well as my sister. Shakyra and her team at La Rosa Realty were wonderful through the whole process of selling our home. She truly listened to our needs and desires and reacted accordingly to make sure they were met. Once our home was listed, she went door to door in the neighborhood to make sure everyone knew and could get the word out to their friends and families. We received several offers and accepted one within the first week. Shakyra kept us informed at each stage of the sales process and fought to make sure we received an honest and fair final agreement after the inspection revealed a couple of needed repairs.

I just want to say Shakyra and the ENTIRE La Rosa Realty family were AMAZING in helping me find my first home especially in todays home market. Shakyra as well as Eli were very consistent and persistent with giving me constant updates on properties, always available for showing and since I’m a flight attendant would even go look at homes on my behalf and send me video walk through while I was at work. We had to deal with an out-of-state transaction so I had a LOT of questions and she was always patiently answering all of my questions.
