Hi, I'm Shalani Colon-and I help people find home in every sense of the word.

I started my career in the world of Recreational Therapy after graduating from Temple University in 2016. For nearly a decade, I worked in healthcare settings bringing joy, connection, and purpose to seniors and individuals with special needs. That experience taught me how to lead with empathy, adapt to changing situations, and genuinely connect with people from all walks of life.

Those same values guide me in real estate.

Today, I help buyers, sellers, and investors navigate their real estate journeys with clarity, confidence, and maybe even a few laughs along the way. I believe in educating my clients, advocating fiercely on their behalf, and turning what can feel like an overwhelming process into something exciting, empowering, and smooth.

When I'm not showing homes or negotiating contracts, you can find me living life fully and intentionally. I'm a proud dog mom to Muffin, an enthusiastic traveler, and a big fan of family time, spontaneous get-togethers with friends, and giving back to the community. I also find joy in the little things-quiet mornings, good music, meaningful conversations, and a strong cup of coffee.
