My home selling/buying experience with Shaly was simply amazing! Shaly was very impressive from the first time we met. She was very honest and upfront which I truly respected. I really wasn't planning on using her to sell my home, rather to help me find a new home, but she really put me at ease with her knowledge and professionalism and I knew that she was more than capable of handling the selling of my home. Shaly has a very extensive network which really expedited the process and within a few weeks my home was on the market. A couple days after our open house I had a few offers. We countered one of the offers and 24 hours later our counter was accepted. Done deal! I got well over my asking price and we closed within a few weeks! One of the things that was important to me was that I didn't want to sell to an investor, but a family that was looking for a new home where they could make memories like my family did for almost 50 years. Shaly recently helped us purchase an investment property. I contacted her randomly through Zillow but was immediately impressed with her professionalism, responsiveness (near instantaneous response to emails and text messages which I appreciated tremendously), attention to detail, honest feedback on pros/cons of the various properties we looked at and a friendly personality that made it easy to work through the stressful portions of the transaction. I had talked to other realtors also but she was the only one who on her own offered a list of her referrals. All of the referrals whom I talked to, unanimously told me that you cannot go wrong with her. Now, I can also attest to that.

We had a short close of escrow and since am out of area, depended greatly on her to help meet the various deadlines. She negotiated hard on our behalf, constantly kept me updated and stepped in with extra effort to help resolve some tricky issues we ran into with release of Solar lien on the property during the escrow.

Another very unique experience of working with her is that she is not a one-and-done-deal person. She painstakingly works on cultivating a long term relationship with her clients.
