I couldn’t ask for a more supportive and knowledgeable realtor. I was so worried buying my first home, but she made the process effortless and fun. She has so much knowledge and what a good deal is and is willing to fight for her buyers. No one believes how great of a deal she got me especially in this crazy market! I was able to find a home in my price range within a few weeks which is unheard of. She is also helping me after the closing with getting contractors to do small renovations. I absolutely love my new home and I can’t wait to buy more investment properties with Shamein being my realtor. I would’ve never bought my first home if it wasn’t for her!

I recommend Shamein in the strongest terms and most positive way possible! Our home buying experience was unusual. One party was out of the country. Shamein's experience, knowledge, expertise, and flexibility were the determining factors in our successful purchase. We looked at single-family homes, townhomes, and row homes in northern VA and DC. These are all very different properties. Shamein patiently helped us, spending hours listening to our changing demands and finding homes to meet shifting priorities - often times with one party on FaceTime. When it came to the negotiation and paperwork stage of the buying process, she masterfully made it seem easy to us. But we know she fought hard and sought to keep the paperwork as streamlined as possible as we transitioned to the final signing.
