I have had the utmost pleasure of working with Shameka Washington in the sale of my home in 2020. I had a wonderful experience working with her. Not only is she professional, very knowledgeable in her field, well connected, she embodies everything you look for in a realtor who treats you like a partner and listens to your concerns and work to get you your hearts desire.

When I met Shameka, I told her all the work that I had put into my home and what I was hoping to get as a return. She was able to do the market analysis and create a marketing plan that would allow me to sell my home at top dollar. At the end of the day, I listed my home and within the first 24 hours I had Over 40 bookings and 35 showing within the first day. It was so overwhelmingly amazing, we had to shut it down after the first day because I was able to get everything I was asking for and more.

I sold my house receiving the asking price and more. This was a journey I will never forget and anyone who ask I would say Shameka Washington is the best realtor I’ve had the pleasure of working with. I would definitely recommend her to any homeowner great or small looking to have a wonderful relationship along the journey of selling their home.

Shameka did an amazing job on my new build! We ran into several issues that could have easily discouraged any home buyer, but she handled ever challenge with grace. She left me to deal with the fun design stuff while she put out fires on my behalf. Not only did I ultimately get the home I wanted, I got it for a lower price along with some builder credits. I definitely recommend Shameka for your real estate transactions!

Being a first time home buyer, you need an honest person like her. She held our hands through this whole process from finding the house, to closing and moving in. Best realtor to work with if you want your likenesses paid attention to, down to the small details. The communication was exceptional. She also was just as vigorous in her searches as I was. If you wanted info she did not hesitate give it and if she didn't know she would do her research to learn for herself and you the client. Shameka was 10 stars on a scale of 1 to 5.
