Working with Shamika was by far the best experience!! We had been in the home buying process for a year before we started working with her and the realtor I had prior was nowhere as helpful, hardworking, responsive and patient as she was. Shamika was always a phone call away when I had a question or just needed an ear to listen; because as we know the home buying process can be a bit trying at times. She went above and beyond in every way possible. My husband and I looked at at least 4-5 homes and none of them were what we hoped for, so we gave it a last try and went in blind, put an offer in on a home that didn’t even hit the market yet and Shamika made the process seamless! Working with the sellers realtor, making sure we got everything we needed repaired on the home and of course made an offer that was PERFECT! I can’t thank Shamika enough for awesome service, time, and professionalism she showed us, definitely a great decision to go with her!!!
