Shana is a principal, and the Chief Strategy Officer of Craft & Bauer Real Estate Co. Shana became a full-time licensed Realtor in 2006. At the onset, Shana specialized in foreclosures, auctions and working with investors. After a successful tenure as a foreclosure specialist, Shana relocated to the Los Angeles area in early 2012 taking a position in asset management working for an REO servicing company for a large well-known bank. After that experience, Shana jumped into the luxury market. Since then, she has helped educate and build teams within the real estate industry, training and developing agents nationwide on technology and marketing.
