Cannot recommend Shana highly enough! She was incredibly responsive and moved very quickly to schedule showings (sometimes on less than 24hrs notice!). She made sure to follow up with the seller's agent anytime there was even the potential for a seller-side delay and kept me up to date on all the moving pieces.She made sure every step of the process was clear and made herself available to answer any questions I had--about the market, specific properties, location, anything. Shana was warm and kind and made what might've been an incredibly stressful process as fun as it could be!
