Where do I begin with Ms. Green - she knew it was our 1st time buying our home. We had tons of questions and a lot were repeated over and over and Shandell patiently, very lovingly, answered them. When there was something she wasn't sure about she would get back to us with the answers. She had an understanding of what our expectations were and - well - we landed our perfect home!! Shandell was very professional throughout the entire process she made herself available whenever we had questions. She made our first time home buyer process less stressful when we got frustrated she was right there telling us to stay focus and letting us know the right house will come along and she was absolutely right!! Shandell made being a first time home buyer seamless. She was beyond responsive, very informative even to issues that did not pertain to her she was incredible. I’m terrible with paperwork and remembering things but she made things so easy and convenient she molded to my interest with everything and I will always deal with her going forward what a awesome person and great experience!

Shandell was super attentive always prompt and mighty patient with us in our search for land which is not an easy task. Felt very comfortable with her! Even after we found our lots she offered to do any leg work necessary and connect us with builders etc. And her communication has continued...she is a consummate professional and a lovely person!

Shandell was a wonderful agent for buying and selling. She was patient, understanding, and responsive. If she didn’t answer the phone right away, she wasted no time getting back to us. I am so happy that i had her support as buying and selling at the same time was extremely stressful. She fought hard for us and never backed down. She didn’t push or try to force us into anything we would be unhappy with. I would recommend her 100%. :)
