Shandrika Powell

My name is Shandrika Powell I am a Realtor, Stager and Interior Designer. I partner with my husband Christopher Powell who is currently Vice President of RE/MAX Gold and we have a Real Estate team who specializes in Selling, Buying, Luxury Homes, Investments, Flips, and Relocations. We are proud to provide full service to our clients giving them the extra care they specifically need. We are the parents of two amazing girls Whittney and Chanler who are off to college and starting their lives on their own and becoming amazing women in the world.

I believe in a strong community I love to help others and volunteer my time as often as possible as a teen advocate. Helping others feeds me, it keeps me going and fulfills my purpose in life.

My philosophy in Real Estate and Design is that I am excellent at getting to know my clients and customizing my services to fit their needs. I am a casual friendly person an excellent listener.

Real Estate and Design is my passion. I specialize in taking the stress and the fear out of the decision making process while guiding my clients in a way that makes the process a fun and enjoyable experience. Ultimately helping them decide on properties that will be perfect for their lifestyle while assisting them in designing the home of their dreams.

In Design I believe that a space should represent the people who live in it. I stay focused on what makes a client feel good, what inspires them, what brings them joy and makes them feel at peace each and every day.
