Shane Benjamin

Shane Benjamin rejoined City to City Commercial in early 2019. His focus is on facilitating the acquisition and disposition of multifamily assets and land or lots for high density residential development in the Greater Phoenix Area and Tucson.

Shane began his real estate career at The Benjamin Group in 2010 as a foreclosure specialist where he quickly became head of the research department. He later transitioned to brokerage in 2013 at City to City Commercial Real Estate where he specialized in the acquisition and disposition of residential land and lots for top tier home builders and developers. Working alongside seasoned veterans at both firms provided him the ability to gather important market data and access key tools in order to appropriately serve all of his clients’ needs as well as market high profile properties. Following that, he moved to a national brokerage firm with offices nationwide where he worked with prominent investors and developers throughout the country helping them make their mark in Arizona. There he became the number two producer in the company nationwide. Throughout his commercial career, he has been involved in over $130 million in transactions.

Shane graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelor of Science. He is a proud Arizona native, living in Northeast Mesa with his wife and kids. During his downtime, he enjoys traveling and being outdoors.
