Shane was a great person to have on our side. We bought our house from him and sold our house with him. I appreciate his no BS attitude. I think more people would appreciate the truth on their house especially when selling. It is sometimes a hard decision to sell your home and they need the truth and not lies or anyone to lead them on. Shane is knowledgeable and his expertise was top notch. We hired Shane Bruckner after a bad experience with another realtor who not only didn't help us sell the house but spent most their time attempting to reduce the price of the house and neighborhood to significantly lower than it should have been. We interviewed several realtors before choosing Shane's company to find a realtor that knew the area, knew the local market and had been working in the market for a certain period of time. We did not want a realtor who was new, or one that wasn't motivated to sell the house. Shane not only showed up with enthusiasm, he also showed up with proper and valid comparisons for our house. We had several showings the first few weeks and then my wife was diagnosed with cancer. Shane was very understanding and helpful, even sent flowers to my wife during her hospital stay. We had to wait a year before we could go back on the market and stayed in touch with Shane throughout giving him updates. The day we went on the market we had four showings scheduled within an hour for that first day. A total of twenty-two showings occurred in the first 5 days. This generated multiple offers and by Saturday of the first week we had signed a contract with a buyer. Again, when a flooding incident occurred, Shane came through and rapidly found a cleanup and repair crew. They were there within 20 minutes of the discovery of the flood and fixed everything. Shane was instrumental in getting them there quickly to prevent more damage. Shane insured that all paperwork was done on time, reminding us when necessary and helping to get through all the glitches with the lenders, the buyer's realtor, and the title company . Overall Shane and his office staff were awesome! If we ever buy or sell a house again, we'll use them and be sure to recommend them to our friends and family. Rick & Joanne Donaldson (Seller)
