Shane Buddles joined Country Boy Realty in 2018.

Shane’s work history includes 12 years with UPS, concrete construction and roofing along with asbestos remediation. His experience in each of these fields not only exemplifies great customer service, but also a wide knowledge of construction of homes in our area.

Shane offers a great expansion of listed properties within Herkimer, Montgomery and Schoharie County. When describing his niche in real estate, this would entail country properties, farms, and vacant land.

Shane loves anything outdoors such as NASCAR and hunting. Some of his goals include working hard to become more knowledgeable every day, continued superior customer service, and owning his own real estate company one day.

Shane is a 1986 graduate of Ft. Plain high school with a Regents Diploma. In 2012, he earned a degree in Accounting from Fulton Montgomery Community College. He is one of five siblings in his family.
