Shane and his group were excellent. The bottom line is that my house sold for a good price in a reasonable amount of time. Shane and his team's performance were defined by their hustle. Whenever something needed to be done, it was done quickly and competently. Shane's group helped with all aspects of the sale from getting the house ready to sell, through listing, open houses, financial aspects, recommendations on actions from the inspection, right up to assistance on final cleaning for the sold property.
Shane's approach was highly analytics based. Shane's analysis followed the continuously changing market. It allowed us to adapt as necessary to keep my house relevant in the market.
Overall, I highly recommend the Burgman group.

After almost a year of trying to sell, I paired with Shane. I liked him immediately. He was a no-nonsense straight communicator who eased the stress by not involving me with the small stuff and took care of things behind the scenes. He did not involve me and stress me out on the things that I did not need to be involved in. That was huge for me. I loved all the analytic data he sent me on a weekly basis as well as the deep dive personalized market analysis videos he put together each month. The condo situation is not great here in Florida but he was able to recover after one contract fell through and immediately was able to help me close with a cash buyer; all during the period following the hurricanes of Milton and Helene. I appreciate all the hard work he put in and I’m so thankful he was my realtor during an extremely challenging housing market. Believe me, you definitely want him in your court when trying to sell.

For anyone looking for a realtor, Shane Burgman is hands down who you should work with!! Shane worked with my husband and I for YEARS! We were in no rush to sell our old house and our list of “must haves” for a new house seemed unrealistic!

Shane was patient and super informative the entire time we worked with him. He showed us A LOT of houses and we truly trusted his thoughts and opinions on each of the houses we saw!

Even though it took years to get to this point… when we found our new house, everything had to happen FAST (we were up against multiple offers).

The purchase of our new house was flawless but the sale of our old house was kind of a nightmare - Shane and his team held our hand through the whole lengthy process which was unbelievably stressful and we are so grateful!!

This was a super important quality for us, as we relied on him to help us buy a home (sight unseen) from out of state. We interviewed a couple of agents, and when Shane showed up with charts, graphs, and solid data, my husband (Engineer) and I (Data Analyst) knew we had found our perfect realtor. Shane is like Gandalf the Grey, except younger and ginger colored. He is truly a wizard the way he manages his day, services his customers and produces content like a boss.

In June 2021 we asked Shane about potential new construction in Sierra Cove. Shane has personal experience with the process as he recently built a new home with Viera Builders. He quickly brought us up to speed and put us in touch with a VB Sales Manager (shout out to Ryan). Next thing you know we were in the lottery and Shane said, I know you are going to win so I'll come over on my golf cart and bring champagne. (Note we had a ~15% chance to be selected). What happened??? We popped that baby at 12pm on a scorching hot June day and celebrated our win!

Shane developed a timeline so that we could visualize how he would help us sell our current home and close on the new build with an efficient and stress free approach. The sale of our home was seamless and Shane's team executed everything above our expectations. The home received multiple offers and Shane kept us in the loop throughout the process.

If I could sum the experience up in one word it would be "Celsius" as he is 🔥🔥🔥🔥.

His own brand of marketing real estate is refreshing and we are so glad we went with Shane. Also the fact that we are veterans, we wanted to use Shane because he's walked the walk as a fellow vet.

Shane Burgman is a rare breed and a genuine soul. He answered all my questions helped me with every process of the first time home buyers experience. He told us about going with new construction compared to finding a fixer upper. Convinced my husband might I add to go new construction instead of a fixer upper which is an almost impossible task. I was sent over 200 homes to view in the area that I was interested in looking in. Once we went with new builds he helped me find a community that wasn't in an HOA. My experience was smooth I had a small bump in the road with the appraisal but that was all worked out.

When we closed I was given a photo shoot and some champagne for closing on my first home. A gesture that Shane did not have to do but made is feel so special and like we matter.

After closing Shane still reached out to us, helping me with purchasing the lot behind me and giving me information about homestead and any other questions I have along the way.

Buying a house, especially as a first time buyer and in this area, is honestly just the worst, so I can’t imagine what the process would have been like if we didn’t have Shane to slow things down and walk us through the process. Shane and I met at a brewery one afternoon through a mutual friend. We hung out for awhile, sharing stories and laughs, and it came up in conversation that he was a realtor. Shane and his team made what otherwise would have been a stressful and challenging move for us as stress free and smooth as possible. We were moving halfway across country and needed someone who could not only sell our house fast, but could take care of everything back in Florida as there is only so much you can do from a distance (Texas Panhandle). Shane was there every step of the way and lined everything up that needed to be lined up so we didn't have to worry.

Shane has been the best realtor! We have worked with other realtors in the past, but Shane was by far the easiest and most pleasurable to work with while trying to find our new house. This wasn't our first house, so we knew what we wanted and didn't want to settle. We looked on and off for almost 3 years. Shane showed us probably close to 50 houses on top of the ones we just drove by. Shane is absolutely PHENOMENAL to work with!! When my hubby and I first started discussing buying our first home after relocating here, the first person I thought of was Shane. I knew him through my friends/previous employers and he is just such a joy to be around. Buying a house is terrifying, but Shane made us feel at ease from the very beginning; never leaving any detail out, even the smallest of things that can sometimes get overlooked during the home buying process (bless him for dealing with our sometimes late night texts lol) I'm very detail oriented and he made sure to make us aware of any and all costs, deadlines, etc..It really felt like I was working with family the whole time, and I think when you're doing something as big as buying a house, that's how you want to feel. At the end, Shane found us an AMAZING property AND it was under budget! I can't thank him enough for everything he's done for us over the last 6 months, we will be using him, well...forever. Do yourself a favor and check him out, you'll not only have a badass realtor in your corner, youll have a great friend at the end of it all.

Our dude Shane helped us out 4 years ago when we first moved to Melbourne. He was a breeze to work with then and has only gotten cooler. This time we were looking to move out of our rental (yes the same one he found us 4 years ago) and finally BUY! Shane hooked us up with a great lender, took us on plenty of tours across Brevard county, and most of all, never lost hope! No matter how stressed we got, Shane always knew we would find our dream home. Or at least he assured us we would ;) When the time came to make an offer on a home we fell in love with, we found it was coming to a bidding war. Shane knew just what to do and worked very well with The Mortgage Firm to ensure we were submitting a solid offer. It was a nerve wracking 24 hrs but thanks to Shane and our lender our offer was accepted and it felt like a dream come true!! 1 month later and we are now living it up in our first home and couldn’t be happier. We will always refer our friends and family to Shane when it comes to real estate. Get you a realtor who can get the job done and have fun doing it.
