She explained the history of the lake, the Army Corp of Engineers' oversight of the lake, and told us about exciting places to camp and hike in the local area. We had been looking for approximately a year for a home, using other realtors. Spring of 2010 we thought we would approach house hunting a little differently. While driving around on a saturday afternoon we came across Shane's sign, called him and he arranged several showings for us that day. We were not from the area so he researched some locations for us while we were gone then coordinated the showings when we came to town. Both Shane and Karen did all they could to assist us. Within a couple months we purchased a home. Shane and Karen are still assisting us. We are approximately 8 hrs away so when we cannot get there Shane takes time out of his busy day and helps us. Shane Grady helped me negotiate with a Fannie Mae Property! Shane has excellent knowledge of the area with his 21+ years of experience. Shane knows the market in Branson very well. Shane is very professional, courteous and kind. Shane is very upfront and honest about situations. Shane went to bat for me several times with our property, negotiating various issues that needed to be resolved and was successful at getting the seller to pay for the repairs. Shane saved me lots of money by being so persistent with the sellers about various repairs that needed to be taken care of. Shane is prompt in finding information for me and getting answers to my questions! Shane has done an excellent job with me all the way around and has been very informative through the process. Shane did a great job helping us sell our home quickly and for a fair price. There were several home in our neighborhood that have been sitting on the market for over a year. We were a little worried, but about 3 weeks after listing our house with Shane, we signed a sales contract.
