Who is Shane Greenfield? It is a funny question to answer. Shane is a geek who has grown up in the beauty that is North Idaho. Watching it grow and evolve into the destination it is now. He has lived just about everywhere, and always finds his way home, which is one of the driving forces that pushed him into real estate. Shane loves North Idaho, its beauty, its people, its way of life and that shows in his work. He started real estate when the market was down. Sounds like a crazy idea, but Shane thought to himself "if I could make it now, then I could make it anytime" and he did.

This drove Shane to be more client centric, and to be more responsive to his client's needs, as they had hundreds of choices, but they chose him, so he did not want to betray that trust, and that shows in everything he does. Shane is always available, his cell is always on him, and he answers his phone and emails in the fastest fashion possible, because he knows most of you are like him, when you have a question, you want it answered as soon as possible, not the next day. Technology is one of the main driving factors of this business, and Shane embraces it more than others. From spending the majority of his marketing dollars on web based advertising, to being a paperless agent, Shane works hard to bring the best and newest tech to his marketing plan.

When Shane is not doing everything he can to market your home, he tries to enjoy everything the area has to offer; boating, hiking, or just finding a reason to be outside, there is no shortage of things to do in North Idaho.
