Why should you choose me as your REALTOR®? I decided to become a REALTOR® because I knew there had to be a better way.
Let me explain. After being involved in a variety of real estate deals in multiple states (residential purchases & sales, and lease negotiations for commercial office space) I recognized a pattern. All of the agents, save one, were very transactional focused. They only cared about me for that one transaction. I never heard from them again! There was one agent that made an impression; that looked at us as people, not just a paycheck. I remember his name today, 25 years later.
I believe that residential real estate is personal. I want to know the people I am doing business with and provide them the best customer service and the best possible experience before, during and after the transaction. I have not done my job well enough unless they want me to be their REALTOR® and their friend for life!

Shane helped me buy my first home last month. Shopping for homes in the middle of a pandemic was stressful to say the least, but he made the process so much easier. Coming from out of town as well, I can't imagine trying to schedule all the tours and keep up with new listings without him. He accommodated my complicated schedule and helped me negotiate in an incredibly competitive market. After my offer was accepted, he took care of all of the things that have to happen before closing - inspections, appraisals, etc. - which allowed me to focus on preparing to move. Shane was very personable, responsive, and truly a life-saver throughout the home-buying process. I will 100% be contacting him when it's time for me to sell and find a new place!

Fortune did shine upon me when I stumbled upon Shane Kirk. Shane's calmness, knowledge and expertise coupled with (this is a biggy!) his uncanny ability to explain -- in language I could understand -- the steps and processes I needed to fulfill to sell my home put me at ease and gave me the confidence that I was in good hands. He was a wonderful guide through this maze. Shane provided objective advice; he recommended service providers (thanks to his many years in the realty field) for those things that needed to be fixed; and when I asked for recommendations on the renovations I had in mind, he explained improvements from the perspective of having options (economy tile vs LVT, for example) and how any choice I made would be a viable option -- it needed to be what I desired for the home. When all was said and done, the home was under contract in less than 48 hours! I am most appreciative of, and pleased with, his service.
