Shane Raff

Shane was born & raised in Bothell, WA, where his parents built their custom home back in 1976 in Valhalla near “Wayne Public Golf Course” before the modern-day City of Bothell was constructed. He graduated from Washington State University in 1999 from the school of business with a strong passion for real estate!

Shane's journey began when he read the “Rich Dad Poor Dad” series by Robert Kiyosaki where he immediately found his love for real estate! He purchased his first home in Sammamish after graduating college and he was excited to learn every segment of the real estate industry, so he could effectively advise his clients! He leverages his unique background as a former home inspector, lender, landlord, and land developer so we stand out from the competition, saving you precious time and money!

Shane has lived in Bellevue, Bothell, Issaquah, Kirkland, North Bend, Sammamish, Snoqualmie, Hawaii, and currently resides in Issaquah. His family and he are in the process of building a custom home on the South Fork Snoqualmie River in North Bend where they will call home soon!
