When he began his real estate endeavor over 20 years ago, it was with an aspiration to build a brokerage that was different. He envisioned a team of experienced professionals who would hold themselves to a higher standard of productivity and integrity, brokers who would help one another and want to see the success of their peers as a whole just as much as their own. He has been in the mortgage and real-estate business for over two decades. In 1999, along with a partner, he started a mortgage company SW Financial. Three years later, he became a realtor with Metro Brokers and started his own mortgage company. In 2004, he started his own real estate company named Family Heritage Realty which later became known as Legacy Realty.
One of the main topics many agents are concerned with is getting lost in the mix of large brokerages. Sure, there is a training model, but what next? At Legacy Realty, they take a different approach: structured training with ongoing agent support and mentoring.
