We contacted Shane the day we decided to start looking and got a response in less than an hour and our first showing the very next day. Shane has a partner he works with, Raquel, and between both of them they were always available to show us homes. They told us up front what to expect in regards to the current market and what kind of offer we would have to make to stay competitive especially since we were doing an FHA loan. We changed our minds a lot on what meant the most to us in a home but neither of them were upset over it. They helped us get our first home after less than a month of searching and 4 offers. Well, the easiest way to say this is just plain and simple.
Shane Stevens is an awesome real estate agent and a great person. It took us months to find the right home and Shane guided us the whole way. He always answered my emails and text no matter how much I bugged him.

Shane is a very detailed agent. Answers questions quickly. I ask Shane to keep an eye out for me for investment property. The property found was what I was looking for and purchased. Property was as is, but through negotiating I received new roof before purchase. Paperwork went smoothly, worked with his lender he suggested and loan was quickly completed with few follow-ups needed to complete the loan.
Shane is a full service agent, from start to finish he is there with you. If a buyer, he found the property, found a lender, negotiated the purchase, and repairs and was there when we signed the papers.
