Mr. Shane Vaughn is a real estate agent serving the greater metropolitan Atlanta area. After interviewing Mr. Vaughn, I enlisted his services to sell my home in Alpharetta. Throughout the process, Shane’s strategy, drive, and personal touch resulted in the home sale for my asking price. He excels at doing the little things that seem trivial but, pay off big in the end. He identifies what needs to be done and follows through with prompt, effective action. I highly recommend Mr. Vaughn as your real estate agent.

Shane has helped me sell and buy houses three times. He has done such a great job, I keep going back to him. He is patient, listens to what I need and always has my best interest in mind. Shane is very knowledgeable about the best ways to showcase the home you are selling as well as getting the best deal for the home you are buying. If you use Shane, you will not be disappointed.

I have worked with Shane Vaughn since 2013, who after attempting to work a couple of agents at other companies in the past, has always gone above and beyond to provide fast and expert level support to me as both a buyer and a seller. Throughout the years he has always been extremely responsive, and has negotiated and structured deals for me in ways that I could not never gotten done alone! He even has given me advice and tips on how best to protect or potentially increase the value to the properties, and was amazing with having his team help through a very difficult real estate investment that had gone wrong in the past. His team traveled a couple of HOURS outside of their normal territory to get that property sold for me, and the outcome was much better overall than I anticipated! I could go on and on with how hands on Shane is in the process, and how he finds ways to be helpful that may not increase how much he is getting paid on a deal, but has made my life easier as a client and has provided value in ways I did not consider. I highly recommend Shane, for anyone from experienced to first time buyers and sellers!

What a professional. He was very detailed and thorough. He would above and beyond at every open house. We couldn't believe how fresh he kept our yard looking during the summer months by keeping the flowers in the grass watered. He make sure I hold was seeing in the best possible condition at all times. Shane has a wealth of knowledge to offer you when you do get a contract and need repairs. We were on vacation well we accepted our best offer and needed repairs. He literally lined up all the work we need it per our contract. Every company he chose came highly recommended, was very professional, and offered the best price and and warranties. When Shane tells you he will get your house sold, he means it! He got us a great price for a home and we know it would not have been possible without him. Selling a home can be very stressful, but we felt like Shane was in the trenches with us, LOL. We can promise you that Shane would work hard for you!!!
