Recently we decided to sale our home and buy another one. We had Rose Marie as our agent we we purchased the first home, so we didn't think twice to give her a call when we decided to sale.
We had some things we wanted to do to our house, Shane and Rose Marie was right on it. They lined up the contractors and followed the progression of work that was done. They both were quick to answer calls and texts, late nights and weekends to answer any questions we had.
Form showings to signings they was there to ease the stress of buying and saleing. We Highly recommend them to anyone with a real estate need.

Working with Shane was awesome! We bought a house sight unseen and with Shane as our realtor, it was probably the smoothest transition I could have asked for! I truly believe that a person looking to buy or sell a home would be hard pressed to find a realtor as caring and devoted to his clients as Shane is. Shane and Rose Marie were both amazing in the sale of my house. I have bought and sold a couple of times previously and none of those experiences were anywhere near as good as the one I had with these two as my realty team. Their collective knowledge and experience helped make the entire traction a smooth one.

Both Shane and Rose Marie know contractors and companies who can help with just about any situation that can pop up in the midst of a sale and they know exactly what needs to be done to get a house sale-ready. Those contacts proved to be invaluable on numerous occasions and led to my house being sold incredibly quickly and without a hitch.

Communication with the team was excellent. I was informed every step of the way and knew any new information practically as soon as they did. That kind of open communication went a long way towards easing the anxiety that surrounds a home sale and truly made me feel as though it was in good hands.

All in all, this was the best real estate experience I have had the pleasure of going through. I look forward to working with the team again when it comes time for me to buy a new home in the near future!

Shane is outstanding. I would absolutely recommend him if you’re looking for an agent in the CSRA. He spent many hours finding homes to show my family after a brief phone call describing our needs. When we visited, Shane spent all-day with me, my wife, & one yr old (a handful I assure you) showing us six homes until we found the right home for us. From finding the home thru closing, Shane was persistent and communicated with us, the seller, other parties to get the deal done. Shane’s Pros: Works hard, communicates, & extremely professional/knowledgeable. Shane’s Cons: Ask his wife/kids/mother?

I had the pleasure of working with Mrs Marshall and her son, Shane, in December of 22 to close on my home in Grovetown, GA. I flew to GA to look at homes over a three day period, and Mrs. Marshall was able to fill my schedule with homes that I wanted to see. We had our offer accepted within minutes of me returning home with 5k in closing costs. She then worked closely with the home inspector, closing firm, and even got the Sellers to pay for a professional cleaning. I highly recommend this dynamic duo for anyone looking to buy a home. They are military friendly, prompt, and winners at what they do.
