Shanee Mayne

Born in Anchorage, Alaska, as the youngest of six children to Haitian parents, Shanèe Mayne is a proud first-generation American whose journey is rooted in resilience and determination. She grew up in Columbia, Maryland, and went on to earn her degree in Forensic Psychology from Barry University in Miami—an achievement that reflects her analytical mindset and deep understanding of people.

Shanèe’s real estate career began in December 2019, with her first closing in April 2020. Her drive and dedication quickly set her apart, earning her the Rookie of the Year award in her first year and securing her position in the Top 5% of the Atlanta Realtors Association since 2022. In 2024, while six months pregnant with her third daughter, she pursued and earned her broker’s license—proving that ambition and perseverance know no limits.

In 2025, Shanèe made her dream of owning a brokerage a reality, founding Watch Realty Co Gwinnett with carefully chosen strategic partners. As a Homes for Heroes Specialist, she takes pride in serving those who serve, while also specializing in luxury properties, relocation clients, and first-time home buyers and sellers.

Today, Shanèe is honored to lead WRC Gwinnett as its qualifying broker and owner, committed to serving clients and agents at the highest level. Her philosophy is simple: success comes from unwavering dedication, genuine relationships, and always striving for excellence.
