Shanie's professional journey in the industry began 20 years ago as a secretary in the lending industry. Working in Queens, NY – She quickly moved up the ladder due to her relentless pursuit for success, gaining her knowledge of home financing and mortgages, and gained valuable experience in management and sales.

Since 2013 Shanie owned her boutique real estate firm, Sovereign Realty of NY, Inc with her husband Denesh, and together they represent buyers, sellers, and investors on a day-to-day basis and consider education – both clients and other real estate agents an important part of their role as REALTORS and providing exceptional service.
