Starting her Real Estate Career in Property Management and continuing to excel throughout the field, Shanley is able to provide both buyers and sellers a unique and advantageous perspective to serve their best interests. Knowing another piece of real estate such as property management provides another avenue for Shanley to educate and guide her clients through, that of investing. Her hard work and dedication, coupled with her passion for real estate, is evident within each relationship she has with her clients.
Shanley grew up in Holland Patent, a small farm town in upstate NY. Spending her whole life in upstate NY, it only took a few visits to NC to know this is where she wanted to start her adult-life. Shortly after having her first daughter, Hadley, Shanley and her husband, Nick made the move. She started her career in 2016 after knowingly deciding she wanted to pursue her real estate path in the Carolinas. After having her second daughter, Noella, Shanley is more driven than ever, and being a mom of two, finds her strengths in multi-tasking and being able to listen, and problem solve.
In her spare time, Shanley loves spending time with family, especially the traditional Sunday family dinner. Her two daughters keep her on the move, as they explore all the Carolina has to offer, spending days out on the lake, boating or running around a park and having barbecue’s and camp fires.
