Shanna helped my husband and I find our perfect home. She took time to listen to our wants and needs and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. We were first time home buyers so we had many questions and she was extremely patient and kind to answer every single one of them and made the entire process a pleasant experience. We were referred to Shanna from some friends of ours back in 2017, when we were looking to buy our first home. And I am so glad that we was referred to her. Not only did we buy our first home with her in 2017, but we recently just sold that same house to upgrade to another. The person we called to sell was the same one we bought the home with. Getting to know your realtor makes a difference in the experience of buying and selling your home. I have friends who have bought homes and sold homes and they have horror stories about their experience, every time they would tell me something that happened they would say the words "you know" Like I knew what they was talking about. But, honestly I had no idea because their horror stories and our experience was not the same. Shanna has got to be one of the best if not the best realtor out there, both experiences that we had with her have been amazing! She knows what she is doing. When you need something she is there, when you have a question, she answers with in minutes and asking it. This woman will fight and be on your side the entire process. She has your best interests in mind, and will fight to make your dream house come true! She is so nice and friendly and will do anything for you. Not to mention she has someone for everything doesn't matter if it's roofing, floors, walls, paint, fencing, cleaning, plumbing, etc. Everyone looking for a realtor I can not tell you enough how amazing she is. I could go on and on but honestly you will just have to call her and see for yourself what an amazing realtor she is! 5 stars across the board!
