About Shannan

Shannan is a Southern California native; grew up in Mission Viejo and attended Capistrano Valley High School. Growing up her dad had an enthusiasm of open houses, and this is where she developed her passion for real estate. In 2003 she decided to quit her job, sell her home, and move to Las Vegas to pursue her dream of being a realtor. As luck would have it, she jumped into the market at the perfect time…. She often wondered why everyone did not sell real estate. The market was fun and exciting! With property values doubling in just a few short years Las Vegas seemed to be the ‘meca’ of the real estate industry! It was during this time that Shannan realized how amazing it is to hand someone the keys to the home that they will raise their family in, retire, or vacation in. She has always felt proud that these folks chose her to represent them in one of the biggest investments they will make in their lifetime.

Although Las Vegas was only a 4 hour drive she just did not see her family enough, so she returned home in 2010. Shannan started a career as an insurance broker, but people just did not seem as excited opening their insurance policies as they did opening the door to their new home so she is once again pursuing her dream so she can help others pursue theirs.
