I wanted to take this opportunity to give all of you some very important and beneficial information concerning SHANNE CARVALHO who is presently and has been for many years a Real Estate Agent. Sometime between 2017 and 2018 Shanne had done in my opinion something very important for me and my spouse. In the beginning my spouse and I were renting a duplex and my focus was to some day buy a home for the two of us. I did some extensive research and I was impressed with Shanne Carvalho’s history, experience, and background, along with his biography and most of all how successful he is and continues to be. So I contacted Shanne and explained my thoughts and plans of wanting to purchase my FIRST HOME. Since the moment I contacted Shanne he gave me FIRST CLASS service in everything I requested or was concerned with. I asked him so many questions and there was NEVER a moment that he was tired of me and everything I was wanting to know. As a matter of fact when I wasn’t calling Shanne with numerous questions Shanne would call me and give me additional information on what would be needed to purchase my FIRST HOME. Moving forward we I had given Shanne information on a home that I really wanted to buy. This is when it was really exciting. There was a asking price and Shanne was able to negotiate a lower purchase price. During the ENTIRE PURCHASE PROCESS of OUR NEW HOME me and my spouse felt STRESS FREE and every step of the way Shanne gave us the best feeling of HAPPINESS and JOY that anyone could ever dream of. We were now in our New Home as of December 2018. Fast Forwarding to the year 2022 my spouse and I decided to move on and purchase another home. So we knew who to contact and that was Shanne Carvalho the Realtor who gave my spouse and I the most smoothest and stress free transition when we moved from our duplex that we were renting to our New Home. Well we found a second home that we loved and within a One Week Turnaround Shanne assisted us and we moved into our SECOND NEW HOME. My spouse and I have felt so Blessed thanks to Shanne Carvalho he has fulfilled our dreams completely. In my personal opinion if anyone is planning to purchase a New Home the individual to call for sure is Shanne Carvalho he will walk you through everything he will be doing for you during the whole process and most of all you won’t feel stressed and he will be standing by to answer each and every question that you have. Shanne Carvalho is a true professional and for sure very EXPERIENCED in his Profession as a Realtor. Thanks for your time and I wish all of you the best of luck. Shanne is not a broker, he's a team! His team is phenomenal. They recently sold my condo and it was all white glove service. They handled everything - fixing it, cleaning it, staging it. I didn't need to lift a finger. They were also very service oriented always available and answering any question I had and always with a smile (at least virtually). I even had a sewer backup in my condo and they took care of fixing the carpets, walls and getting it back on the market in no time. They were able to negotiate for me a good deal and dealt with the seller/broker that weren't on the easy side.
I would highly recommend Shanne's team to everyone!

Following the buyout of our farmland, we had a short time limit to reinvest our money in property pursuing a 1031 exchange. Shanne helped us purchase two amazing beach condos in Monterey in a complex that I have wanted to purchase from for quite sometime. Shanne and his team made the entire transactions very easy. I have known Shanne for many years and he is well liked in the community. Through his posts and videos on social media I have seen how successful and knowledgeable he is in all things Real Estate. When my mother decided to transfer her home to me so we could keep it in the family and continue to build equity I knew to call Shanne. Although I had fear around taking on a mortgage, Shanne pointed me in the right direction and connected me with me with a lender and CPA that were able to answer all of my questions and ease my concerns. The whole team was patient, knowledgeable, and professional. It was like they took care of the transaction for me and I just had to sign. I am so happy and excited about my new home!

We had heard a lot of great things about Shanne and when my mom was looking for Realtors Shanne was the only one who called her back. The house we were living in was too small and we needed a bigger one. Throughout the transaction, Shanne’s team always communicated with my mother and I in a detailed manner that made first time home buying feel simple. I am a first time home buyer, and I needed a home that I would be able to spend time with my family. I was referred to Shane for his great work ethic and making it happen for a veteran. The hardest part of buying a home was finding the location along with the pricing and just making everything happen. Shane and Bonnie have made this experience so easy handling everything that has come up and it's really thanks to them the peace I've had during this whole process. I really liked that Shane and Bonnie were able to provide me and schedule all the services for the home. With our family growing and expanding, we decided it was time to get a bigger home with more in-house amenities to create memories with our children, especially with our eldest before he heads off to college. A close friend of mine had used Shanne multiple times and had nothing but nice things to say about him. Having seen multiple realtors work, we knew the importance of having a strong realtor team on our side through the biggest financial transaction of our personal lives. Shanne has an amazing support staff of specialists who are experts at what they do from loan brokerage to staging to landscaping to administration of the numerous steps, we found the team executing flawlessly without missing a beat. There were some miscommunications and escalations since we were buying and selling in parallel, but Shanne and his team managed it professionally while ensuring that they didn’t spoil relationships with service providers or other entities. We are so relieved the transient period is over and that we were able to sell our home above listing price. When my sister decided to move to Santa Cruz, she moved in with me. After a while we decided to buy a place of our own. I chose Shanne because I know him and have seen how committed he is to helping people find the perfect home. It was challenging for my sister and I to find a place that would work for the two of us and we were nervous about the whole financing process, but Shanne and his team helped us through it all. It was amazing how prompt they were with their communication. Whatever questions we had regarding the property, we received answers in a very timely manner and, to us, that was one of the best parts of Shanne and his team’s service. We didn’t have to wait days for a reply and they even figured out answers for our financial and title company questions. Honestly, we can’t think of anything that didn’t go well. We are so happy in our condo and our surrounding area. My daughter even purchased a condo on the same property so we could be closer! As soon as we met Shanne in person, we knew he was the best choice to help us find our first home in California. My name is Pat Emmons I currently live on Sand Dollar Drive and I am part of the Sand Dollar Homeowners Association. I am a senior living in a 2-story home who realized the need to live in a one-story home. Therefore, I decided to sell my beach home. I chose Shanne Carvalho as my realtor because he gets the job done and works hard to give his clients the best possible service. He has a well-orchestrated team who are willing to help you sell your home and buy a new one. I decided I wanted to move to a senior community and since my late husband and I had previously lived in Scotts Valley I wanted to move to Spring Lakes. From the beginning I knew I wanted to live on the lake since I currently live at the ocean. His team helped me find my forever home on the lake.

I think the most challenging part of buying my home was not having my late husband around to help me with this process. Shanne is a realtor you can truly count on. He has your back at all times,
and really does have your best interests in his heart! He is extremely patient, answers all your questions, and literally knows about every aspect of a house and of selling or buying a house. He also knows the best people to help you, whether it be getting you a great loan, getting the right handyman to fix things in your house, getting the best contractors to do major projects on your home, and anything else.
