Shannon’s career in real estate began in 2003, when she started working at Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. She quickly realized a passion for real estate and moved up the ranks becoming a mortgage lender. In 2007, she transitioned over to escrow closing, working for North American Title. It was there that she truly learned the ins and outs of every type of real estate transaction. she has extensive knowledge of title, escrow, drafting settlement statements, and the processes involved with short sales, new construction, and foreclosures.
