Shannon was unmatched! She truly went above and beyond to get our house sold. From start to finish she kept us updated and in the loop through every single step. It was clear from the first meeting how knowledgeable she was about the market and trends in the area. Shannon provided support beyond just the transaction, as this was a stressful time with moving deadlines, and other life circumstances. My husband and I needed to sell our house quickly due to moving out of state. We found Shannon though Keller Williams and upon meeting her, we knew she would be perfect for the job. Shannon is very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything to us in detail about the process of selling a house (it was our first time). Shannon made everything easy for us and kept in contact throughout. Our house was under contract within 48 hours of posting online and a lot of that is due to Shannon and her network of realtors. The house was put out on the market fast and the profile looked great. We are extremely happy with how everything worked out and we will recommend Shannon to all our friends and if we are ever back in the area we would no doubt choose to work with Shannon again.

From our first meeting all the way through closing, she was absolutely on point. She helped us prioritize our repair and rehab goals and offered advice on painting and prep. Her direction literally saved us thousands in avoided work and expense while still giving our house the 'wow' factor that eventually sold it. She was able to educate us on the realities of getting a house to market with a fair market price, while still managing to meet - and in this case exceed - our goals. Shannon is a amazing Realtor! She helped my husband and I purchase are current home and sell our previous home. She walked us through the process and helped us identified the best offer out of the 6 offers we received on the home the first day it was on the market. She took the time to explain each offer and the pros and cons of each. In addition, once we excepted the offer and moved forward with the purchase of our new home she ensured we could close on both homes the same day. The process went very smoothly and I believe this was due to having professional realtor that knew the market and process from selling and financing.
