Blue Ridge Fine Properties is amazing. Shannon offers the knowledge of a professional Realtor, the experience of a professional renovator and the honesty of a friend. She didn't balk at the price range we were looking in for our first home and never pressured us to look at anything at a price we were uncomfortable with. She and her team were on top of everything throughout the whole process and made the entire experience stress-free and fun. In fact, we decided to buy another home with her help a year later. She’s since helped many of our friends and family find and buy the perfect home. We plan to list our properties with Shannon and Blue Ridge Fine Properties when it comes time to sell because they go beyond traditional means and media to market properties and we’re sure of success. If you have an opportunity to work with anyone on the Blue Ridge Fine Properties team, take it!

I've worked with Shannon's business twice: once with Sarah Shilling to buy my first home, and once with Shannon to sell it. I couldn't recommend Blue Ridge Fine Properties more highly. Shannon is so knowledgable, professional, and easy to work with. She was super patient with my novice questions, and helped me through what became quite an unusual and extra headache of a home selling process. In the end everything turned out great (thanks to Shannon's skills!). I would trust her 100% and without a doubt use her again and recommend her to anyone in need of a realtor. For anyone who hasn’t worked with Shannon Harrington, you’re missing out and should correct that immediately. I’ve bought and sold investment property using Shannon as my realtor on several occasions and found her to be an outstanding agent and advocate. Her style and attitude toward handling  business is enjoyable, and to be appreciated as unique. In a real estate world where deadlines are not met, balls are dropped, and people just don’t follow through with what they say they’ll do, Shannon rises to the very top as being a person of her word who executes exactly what she sets out to do.
Professionalism and honesty come to mind, but more than that she also possesses a warmth and sense of humor that keeps me doing business with her again and again.

Shannon was wonderful to work with. She is not only funny and thoughtful, she is knowledgeable and responsive. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea what I was doing. Shannon guided me through the process. When I got cold feet, she patiently and compassionately talked me through my fears. She gave me time to come to my own decisions, she was never pushy. My favorite moment was when we were sitting in my (now) living room floor, waiting for the inspector to do his job. We talked about life, wall colors and what I could expect next. Shannon never left me wondering or waiting. She is an excellent realtor and I have recommended her to all of my friends, and even some strangers!
