I am in the process of a divorce so selling our condo almost seemed like it would be an insurmountable task. From the moment I spoke with Shannon, she made me feel comfortable and at ease. She made every step of the process effortless for me and took great care in making sure the sale went smoothly. Shannon did an excellent job of marketing the property with beautiful pictures, a video and drone shots. Shannon goes above and beyond! I was there cleaning the condo one weekend and locked myself out. I called her and she came immediately out, on the weekend, in the rain to let me in and did it all with a smile. Thank you Shannon! Shannon is amazing. She helped me through the entire real estate transaction from the very beginning until the minute the closing was over. Shannon made sure I was always notified of any and all information incoming from the buyers’ agents and always had my best interest when helping me make decisions. I was able to speak with Shannon when I needed to talk through concerns or issues with the sale and she was understanding and attentive. If she didn’t have the answer at that moment, which was very rare, Shannon would find the answer and get back to me in a prompt manner. I have recommended Shannon to friends in the area already and will continue to do so. She puts her all into each client and it shows.
