Shannon is AMAZING!! Shannon worked with us to list our condo in Oceanside, CA. While working with us, Shannon was expeditious in answering our questions throughout the process and always kept us informed. Her expertise and recommendations for our listing resulted in a sale at 20% above our initially suggested listing price and 16% over our actual listing price. Her strategic approach to listing led to a huge turnout for viewings resulting in multiple offers and counter offers. Shannon also worked around our schedule for viewings as we were still occupying the home.

I highly recommend Shannon. You won't be disappointed.

Shannon was very responsive and helpful during my first purchase of a home. Made all the steps very easy. Recommended great mortgage companies, loan officers, plumbers, and handymen. There were a few issues with my home after the purchase but Shannon took care of everything and helped with problems that weren’t her responsibility. Would definitely work with Shannon again and highly recommend.

This was my first home buying experience and what an experience it was. I ended up loving a short sale condo not knowing the amount of time it would take to close the deal. Shannon was absolutely incredible to work with. She was very responsive to everything we had to say and working with us every single step of the way to selling our home. She went above and beyond to get our home listed how we wanted and also got us top dollar doing it. She messaged us daily with things she was doing to promote our home. I know she had many clients at the same time as selling our home, but she really made it feel like we were her only clients at the time.
