When I came to the Tahoe area to look at properties, Shannon had the entire day set up. She had homes picked out as per my "wish list", viewings scheduled and the whole thing mapped out so we could maximize our time. Prior to arriving, she sent me an interactive plan that included everything we needed for that day. I found one I liked and she kept an eye on it for me as I prepared to head to Europe for a couple months. During that time, the sales price became more palatable and we made an offer that was immediately accepted. We went thru the entire process while I was in a time zone 9 hours later. Still, thanks to her use of all of today's technology, we effectively communicated and breezed thru the process. I closed on the home shortly after returning home. I'm in the business and, from an insider's point of view, was very impressed with Shannon's commitment. Thank you for making this process so smooth and enjoyable, Shannon!!

🤝🎰Where do I start with Shannon? I hit the lotto having her represent me buying my first house in South Lake Tahoe. I found the listing at 5:59pm on a Friday. She arrived at the property at 6:11pm in the rain with her husband who is an experienced real estate investor and he gave me his free professional opinion, first bang for my buck there. I went in with an aggressive offer given the current market and by Monday morning at 9:39am the seller accepted my offer and we closed in 14 days. I didn’t have to lift a finger and just signed my name a bunch to close the deal and we used Old Republic Title company who is locally in town with Jennifer who I highly recommend.
