Shannon Shiroma

Shannon Shiroma was born and raised in Hawaii on the island of Oahu. After graduating from Moanalua High School, he went on to study at the University of Hawaii at Manoa where he graduated with a Bachelors in Biology. He then began looking into different career paths within his degree such as physical therapy however, he began to consider options outside of healthcare as well which included real estate.

Throughout college, just after graduating high school, Shannon worked at Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. It became clear that working in hospitality and in a team setting were two things that he both excelled in and enjoyed. The fast-paced environment of working in a restaurant while building rapport with his guests helped to hone his skills in maintaining composure during stressful situations. Many of these skills have helped Shannon in his real estate career giving him a leg up amongst his peers in the real estate industry.

Being part of a top producing team known as the Turnkey Group, Shannon contributes in a big way to the team to over $50+ million in sales annually and growing. Shannon helps all his clients navigate the challenges of the home buying and selling process, with the end result being a smooth and seamless experience. Outside of work, Shannon enjoys staying active and taking care of his physical health. Some of his active hobbies include golfing and training jiu-jitsu. He also enjoys spending time with his family and friends. Those who know Shannon would describe him as a goal-oriented individual who also enjoys having a good time.
