I bought my home with the plans on renovating it and dying here in the next 45 years but if I were to buy another home it would definitely be with Shannon. She’s always on top of her game and her communication is strong. Shannon was always willing to work around my schedule and show me a home at the drop of a hat. If your looking for a realtor and real-estate photography that is fun to work with, you found her!
Shannon is outstanding in her knowledge of the local area, very responsive to questions and ideas, and is a great resource for both homes in the area, and for real-estate photography.

From start to finish, she's great to work with you step by step through the entire process. She's patient and understanding when your new to it all, and maybe need things explained in a different way to grasp the concept.
She has a great working network of other professionals to provide you with information and resources for your home.
In short, I can't think of enough good things to say here, she's been a fantastic coach and mentor, along this journey to buying our first house!

My husband and I have been looking for land to build our forever home for what seems like forever! When something has come available, Shannon is on it and acts on any questions or concerns we may have. She genuinely has her clients best interest at heart and she's not happy until her clients are. We're looking forward to working with her when it comes time to sell our current home. The fact that that she also does professional pictures, matterport, and is just an all around media guru, I'm confident that will make the process of buying and selling as streamlined as possible.
