I recently worked with Duke on the purchase of a home in the Vancouver area. Duke was wonderful to work with, he listened to my requests for type, size, and price of home and provided regular updates on only those houses that met those basic conditions. Duke was always willing to hear feedback about my likes and dislikes on houses that we viewed to help refine his search even further. He has unique knowledge of the area and was able to help steer me towards areas that met my overall goals without having to waste time looking through parts of town that didn't fit my needs. My favorite part of buying a new house was when I got the keys and opened my front door for the first time. My second-favorite part was looking at homes with Duke Hayes.
