We have found our forever realtor, and you can too! If you are looking for someone who will work just as hard for you on an entry level home as they do on million dollar homes, look no further. Shannon Thompson from eXp Realty has been amazing during a very emotional time for our family. We unexpectedly had to sell our childhood home that has been in the family over 60 years. It was an entry level home in an area that is going through revitalization. Shannon guided us through the entire process, including suggestions to increase value with minimal capital outlay, comps in the area, proposed price, inspections, bid selection/counter, liaison with prospective buyers’ agents, up to and including the final closing documents at the title company. Her expertise in knowing the current market got us multiple offers immediately. All offers were well above asking, and she guided us in knowing which were better in the scope of things (e.g., quick close, loan type, etc.) We ended up closing within 21 days and we couldn’t be happier with the buyer selected. Shannon always kept us updated on progress, immediately responded to texts/emails, and her positive attitude was so helpful as we navigated this life journey. When I say she is the best, I mean it! It’s not often a Real Estate agent writes a review about another agent, but I recently had the pleasure of working with Shannon Thompson on a challenging Probate Listing where she represented the buyer, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Shannon’s strategic negation strategy landed her buyer the winning offer in an extremely aggressive multiple offer situation. But then challenges with financing developed, causing repeated delays in closing. This would have cost the buyer the deal had Shannon not been on top of this transaction every step of the way. Her professionalism, clear, consistent communication and rapid responsiveness helped keep my seller at ease, thus avoiding losing this home to one of several back-up offers. Some agents fold when faced with challenging transactions, but not Shannon. Her buyer was lucky to have her in their court. Recently, I met with Shannon to go over Proposition 19 on a recent real estate sale. Too often, normal realtors fail to see the big picture and also don’t pay enough attention to important details. In this transaction, Shannon was not a normal realtor she was a SUPER realtor and was able to save over $5000 per year, every year, on property taxes with the purchase of a new home. Shannon is hands down the best real estate agent that I have ever dealt with. She was remarkable in helping us to get our house sold, even with a difficult buyer. She walked us through everything, created the best listing I have ever seen, helped us make the critical decisions, and executed perfectly. One of my favorite parts about working with Shannon was that she communicated clearly and timely. I always knew what was happening, when, why and who was doing it. She had connections with folks in the market that saved us thousands of dollars as we closed our sales. I wish I could use Shannon as our agent for all future transactions. She was amazing. (FYI, the listing quality is worth using Shannon by itself. Her listings look amazing)

Many times I have been frustrated in buying a home because the realtors never seem to have my best interest at heart, or just simply cannot close the deal. Shannon is definitely your go to person if you want to have a strong buyer's representative. After 4 months of extensive looking, we enlisted Shannon's help and she found the perfect home, and stayed up till 11:30 pm before Easter to close the deal.
