Shannon W. King

Shannon W. King has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2000. This former teacher, military spouse, and mother, this University of Texas Grad, has an impressive ability to teach, mentor, and help clients achieve bigger investment dreams because of her first-hand experience. Shannon began buying and flipping homes as an elementary school teacher. With each experience as the architect, the interior decorator, and the general contractor, Shannon’s passion for real estate investments grew. King is all too familiar with being a client herself, as her husband’s career in the Navy has allowed them to move, buy, and sell all over the world.

When the Navy moved the Kings to Oahu in 2016, Shannon opened her third real estate brokerage, Island Living Homes, in Kailua, HI. After helping 1,000+ happy families in TX and CA achieve their real estate goals, she applied her experiences to create ILH—a small, high-level service boutique brokerage focusing mainly on the Windward side of Oahu.
