By far the easiest selling a home experience. In less than 24 hours we had an offer with exactly what was asked. She made the process effortless and easy. I trusted what she said and she did not disappoint. When I worried she made sure I knew exactly what was happening and the solution to my issues. I will definitely work with her in the future.

We were thrilled with our experience with Shanti and her team. We met her when she graciously helped us find an apt when we first moved to N.C. We promised her that as soon as we were ready to buy a home here, that we would call her and we did! She was always responsive to our needs and questions , and quite resourceful in dealing with surveyors , contractors , attorneys and other realtors and vendors . Shanti was amazing assisting my family with the sale of my grandmother’s home. Throughout our somewhat complex situation of marketing and selling an inherited property, Shanti remained patient with us and got the job done! With the market changing suddenly, she was still able to get the home under contract within a month of it being on the market. If I could rate Shanti higher than five stars, I would. Being new to the area, we relied on her knowledge about everything from neighborhoods to tax laws to weather concerns. She was so patient and knowledgable!

Even though we were trying to buy during a very competitive time, we knew that Shanti would help us find a house that was a good fit.

She's extremely responsive and professional but she's also funny and just lovely to be around. It really helps during such a stressful process!

I'll be recommending her to friends and if we ever decide to move out of our dreamy new house, Shanti will be our first call.

I can write a whole book on how great Shanti is. From the first time I spoke with her up until the time we made it to the closing table Shanti was amazing. The market went left when I started and things were not looking good in my favor. There was so many times when I called Shanti and told her I was over it and wanted to give up, but she would not let me and kept pushing me to keep looking. So we kept looking over after offer getting turned down and my little heart just kept breaking. But god and Shanti would not let me give me, then after months of looking we finally found the perfect home. Shanti is so caring and knowledgeable and you can tell she loves all that she does. I was referred to Shanti and I would refer her over and over again. Shanti will forever hold a special place in my heart and will be invited to every family function.
