Shari is extremely professional, responsive and knowledgeable about the local market. We selected her to sell our childhood home as she sold several other homes in the neighborhood. She guided us throughout the process, identified which rooms to paint, coordinated virtual staging, and provided great recommendations (painter, power washer, electrician, radon remediation, attorney and consignment shop). As a result of Shari’s efforts, we received over 15 offers in the first weekend, most above asking price. We couldn’t ask for a smoother home sale.

Her advice was critical to us getting the best price in this turbulent market. She did everything she was contracted to do and many things that were above and beyond. There are many uncertain variables when dealing with the current market, Shari is not one of them.

My wife and I were very fortunate to have worked with Shari. We interviewed other agents from different agencies and were impressed with Sharis ability to communicate and understand our needs.
Our home of 42 years went on the market during the height of the Covid pandemic. Our home was priced “spot-on” and sold quickly. Shari stayed in touch with us and communicated step by step what we could expect and what we needed to do to close the deal.

Not only did she help us evaluate the pros and cons of the homes we viewed together, but she advised us on how Westchester particularities work, what to look out for and plan in the beginning of owning a house, and has helped us feel incredibly secure through the whole process.

My husband and I cannot sing the praise of Shari Besterman enough!!! She not only sold us our home in Peekskill back in 2017, but she also sold the same house for us in 2020 within 8 hours. Yes, that's right - 8 hours and our home was sold for just under the asking price. Shari was with us every step of the way to ensure we had the house ready for showing. She was always available for questions and stopped over to check our progress in preparing for sale. Our home looked perfect! We couldn't have done it without her!!! We call ourselves "Shari's Trifecta", because she even helped us find the perfect rental property. Shari did an awesome job selling our home. She sold our home before it was publicly listed and it was sold for full asking price! She made the process so easy for us and helped us tremendously with the documentation needed for the sale to insure it was done in a timely manner.
