Sharmon Wichman is a full time Realtor® and multi-million dollar producer with RE/MAX Real Estate Partners in Hattiesburg, MS. Sharmon has resided in the Hattiesburg area since graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi with a degree in Business Administration in 1993.

After graduation, Sharmon began a career in mortgage lending by first becoming a loan processor and ultimately working her way up to mortgage lender and AVP of a local bank. Passionate about helping folks find homes, she transitioned easily into the sales side of real estate by obtaining her MS sales license. As a Realtor®, her ultimate goal is to assist others in achieving the American dream of home ownership.

Sharmon has been married to her husband John, a real estate appraiser, since 1993. They have 2 sons, both of whom are pursuing degrees in the medical field. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, baking, and taking trips to the beach.

Sharmon is amazing. She was aggressive in deal making, but patient with us as we navigated this fast moving market. We sold our previous home and purchased a new home in less than 90 days. It was a whirlwind, but we were confident throughout the entire process. Sharmon’s previous years of mortgage lending experience and being a top producer in the Pine Belt shows in her professionalism and negotiating skills.
